What we cannot do
This website is not Cook Out and is not affiliated with the restaurant company. We cannot take food orders, handle refunds, answer for a specific restaurant location, or help with job applications. For those, please contact the restaurant directly.
What makes a good correction report
A useful report has four parts: the page you were reading, the item or figure that looks wrong, what you saw instead, and — for prices — the restaurant location and the date of your visit. A short note like “the tray price on your trays page doesn’t match the $8.19 on the board at the Raleigh location on September 20” gives everything needed to act on. A photo of the menu board is welcome but never required. The more specific the report, the faster it can be checked — vague messages like “prices are wrong” are hard to verify and usually cannot be used.
What happens after you write in
Every message is read by the person who maintains the site — there is no support team, ticket queue or auto-responder. A correction is compared against the published page and any details you supplied; if it checks out, the page is updated, usually with the location and date context that makes the new figure useful. If something is unclear, you may get a short reply asking for one more detail. Messages about orders, refunds, specific locations or jobs cannot be acted on, because this site has no connection to the restaurant’s operations — for those, the restaurant itself is the only place that can help.
How long until you hear back
This is a small independent site, so there is no promised response time and no support desk working through a queue. Messages are read regularly, and corrections that affect the accuracy of a page get attention first. If your note is a question about using the guide rather than a correction, it may take longer — and a short reply is the most you should expect, since there is no team to hold a longer conversation. Anything time-sensitive about an actual restaurant visit — an order problem, a refund, a bad experience at a branch — should go straight to the restaurant; writing here will only add delay, because we cannot intervene.
